1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 388min ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website accessible at https://388min.cam and all associated services, features and content provided thereon.

388min is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino options, slot and table game content, and related educational information. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 388min Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately. These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules, promotional terms, or policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy accessible through the Platform's navigation.

3.Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 388min, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or any applicable local law governing your place of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not already hold another Account on the Platform. Each person is permitted one Account only. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by or recognised by the Platform, or have been previously permanently excluded from the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All bets and transactions must be made in your own name and for your own account.

4.Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change, to ensure the information on record remains accurate at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password for your Account and keep that password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 388min customer support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

388min will send account-related communications to the email address you register. You are responsible for ensuring this address is valid and that you regularly monitor it. 388min will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds and may be required to do so before depositing or placing bets. Standard documentation required includes:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC front and back, passport data page);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where required by the operator's compliance procedures).

Submission of false, forged or misleading identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds held within the Account, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

5.Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use or resale of Platform services is strictly prohibited.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper or other technological means to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform without express written consent from 388min.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code from any part of the Platform.
• You will not transmit any malicious code, virus, worm, trojan or other disruptive software to or through the Platform.
• You accept that the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond 388min's reasonable control.

5.1 Responsible Gambling Commitment

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. You confirm that you are gambling voluntarily, with discretionary funds you can afford to lose, and for entertainment purposes rather than as a source of income. You agree to make use of responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 6.Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are made through payment methods displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without advance notice. Common payment references for Pakistani users include bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah; and mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast instant transfers. The mention of these payment providers on the Platform is for educational context only and does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor a guarantee that they permit such transactions on their networks.

Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, USDT and other supported digital currencies may also be available. All deposit amounts are held in PKR equivalent for account balance purposes unless otherwise specified in the cashier. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus must have its associated wagering requirement satisfied before the Funds linked to that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary based on the payment method, operator review queues and verification status.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

388min may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback offers. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotional terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issuance. Unused or unqualified bonuses will expire at the end of this period.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full using eligible game types before bonus-related funds or winnings become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or coordinated betting across accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• 388min reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally possible.

8.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are published separately in the relevant sportsbook sections.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets will not be accepted except in circumstances where the Platform determines that a material error has occurred.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered (including abandoned matches in Pakistan cricket or PSL fixtures), settlement will follow the rules set out in the applicable sport-specific section.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time data feeds. Delays in data transmission may occasionally affect bet acceptance. 388min accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the User's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted for high-risk markets at the operator's discretion.
• Winnings from successful bets will be credited to the User's Account following official result confirmation. The timing of crediting is dependent on the relevant sport's results feed.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including incorrectly displayed prices due to technical fault or human error — 388min reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at the correct odds or void the bet entirely.

8.1 Casino & Games

Casino and slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person; misrepresenting your identity, age or jurisdiction.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity. 388min cooperates with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; exploiting promotional structures; using third-party bonus-exploitation services.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to place bets without direct human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, mis-priced odds or system errors. Any winnings arising from known technical errors will be voided.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction Access: Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions and access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 388min or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform without express written permission from 388min;
• Use the 388min name, logo or brand assets in any context without prior written authorisation;
• Frame, mirror or embed any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388min, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services;
• Gambling losses sustained through the use of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions;
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content;
• Technical failures, server outages or network disruptions affecting bet placement or game outcomes;
• The conduct, actions or inactions of any third-party payment provider, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 388min's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.Termination

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 388min customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance of verified, withdrawable funds will be processed subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by 388min

388min reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• The Account is used in connection with suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• The User is found to be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• The operator's licence conditions require action;
• Responsible gambling protections require Account suspension at the User's own request.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, 388min may withhold all Funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those Funds may be permanently forfeited.

13.Amendments to These Terms

388min reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via email to the address registered on your Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the document was most recently updated.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 388min's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within a reasonable period, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, as specified in the operator's licence conditions.

Users acknowledge that courts in Pakistan may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from online gambling platforms not licensed in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding their rights and available remedies.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your local jurisdiction to the extent those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
